Meals on Wheels:

Meals on Wheels for Western New York delivers more than 900,000 meals a year to the home bound elderly and disabled in Erie County. This wouldn't be possible without a strong network of volunteers who deliver the meals as well as a friendly smile each day. And, that's where you can help!

Meals on Wheels has a critical need for volunteers in Concord and Sardinia. It's easy to volunteer and takes just 60 minutes a day. Individuals 16 years of age or older can volunteer once a month, once a week or even everyday. Volunteers generally work in pairs with one person driving the route and the other serving the food. Meals on Wheels needs both servers and drivers (with a valid driver's license and a vehicle). To learn more about volunteering, call 716-822-2002, ext. 21.
